FINALLY!!!

Well at 3:53pm yesterday we got a call from our loan officer telling us that they wanted to close at 4:00pm if we could make it. Well luckily we only live about 1.5 miles from her office so off we went and made it with about one minute to spare. That included a stop to get money at the bank. We met her and then went over to the title company to sign all our papers. Thank God we had bought a house before because we were some signing and initialing fools. So now it is done, we have finally signed all the paperwork to make the house officially ours. Now we just have to wait for the bank to get the documents back on Monday and then they will fund on Tuesday and we will get the keys that afternoon. Hooray!!!!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH!

Well yesterday was Josh's 10th Birthday! Now he is old enough to get an ID card and one year closer to driving and being a teenager.We went to a Mexican restaurant in Boise, we were supposed to go to a Japanese steak house but they were all packed. It worked out well because the place we went had a pinata up for all the kids to swing at. Josh was the one however that broke it open; go figure!
